Situation

Tassl AI needed to identify and contact university admission decision-makers across the US for discovery calls. The manual process of researching individual contacts was time-consuming and yielded low response rates.

Task

Design and implement an automated lead generation system that could systematically collect contact information for undergraduate admission officers at scale while minimizing costs.

Actions

  • Conducted feasibility analysis on US university transcript systems and identified target personas
  • Built an n8n workflow automation pipeline using prompt engineering for systematic web scraping
  • Converted an unused computer into a server to run automation at zero infrastructure cost
  • Cleaned and organized the resulting database for outreach campaigns
